Do we receive the film negatives
from our wedding? |
|
No! We shoot digital only - NO FILM!,
some photographers refer to the digital images as digital negatives.
No matter the wedding coverage, you receive your images on
CD/DVD - please review our Digital
Vs Film for more information. |
|
|
|
Am I able to edit the
images myself using imaging software or do you lock the files? |
|
Once we receive final payment, you
receive your images on CD/DVD. The images are NOT locked and
you can do whatever you want with them. Edit images, crop
photos for specific print sizes, make additional copies -
your choice. |

|
Can you send me a brochure on your services? |
A |
You can have
one of our colour brochures with a few clicks of your mouse.

|
|
What percentage of
photos do you shoot black & white? |
|
Zero. All images are shot in colour. Because
the images are digital, we can supply another copy of the files
in B&W or sepia for a small additional fee. |
|
|
|
Why do you include the
services of two photographers in your packages? |
|
When available, we try to use two photographers to give you an additional
viewpoint and more complete coverage of your wedding day. It
also minimizes distracting movements during the ceremony of
one photographer trying to capture everything. |
|
|
|
Do you include engagement
photos in any package? |
|
No - however, we would be happy to
provide you with an engagement portrait shot on location
for a small additional fee. Please see our additional
services for more information. |
|
|
|
I like the idea of
digital but I'm not very computer savvy. Can you make the prints
for us? |
A |
We are more than happy to, but keep in mind the costs will go up. Prints are not included in any packages. |
| |
|
Q |
Are all pictures that
you take put online as web proofs? |
A |
We preview all the images before uploading your proofs. The only images we would omit are the few we deem as unacceptable quality: eg. sudden blurred movement, greatly under or over exposed images, etc. |
| |
|
Q |
How far will you
travel to photograph a wedding? |
A |
We've had emails from Canada,
United States and the Caribbean. We offer special discounts
for tropical
climates. If you like our work, it does not hurt to ask. There
would be travel and accommodation charges but you will have
full day coverage (this could net 500 to 1000 digital photos
on
average). If you're thinking of a Caribbean wedding, we would
love to be part of your special day. |
